Admissions
Enrollment is open to all children ages 2 years through 12 years on a full or part-time basis. Children may join our programs at any time during the year.
A completed online application must be submitted in order to complete the registration process.
A State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination Form signed by a licensed physician within the year must be submitted to the school before the child attends.
